Subject: Why You Took Drafting - A Career Guidance Film
Goes through a very general discussion of what mechanical drawings are for. I was amused by the cursive style "2" in that drawing. All our numbers and letters HAD to be block letters - or "minus 5 points."

Would be a useful film today if we still produced any tangible goods, but these days everybody just counts beans, make checklists, works in a restaurant, or pushes people around hospitals on carts.

Very 1948 informative; no people stuff to amuse, and no camp value.
